Landscape architecture analysis

We offer a service for landscape architecture analysis. The analysis involves investigating the project area or planning area in order to establish its historical circumstances and the story of its formation (the so-called ‘spirit of a place’), the current situation, factors that could affect the planned activities, different opportunities and problems related to landscape architecture (directions of view, positioning of open and closed areas, etc.), the valuable aspects of the landscape and any factors that pose a risk to them, the natural conditions, the use of the landscape (landscape perception), traffic, etc. Landscape analysis can be comprehensive or narrow, focusing on only a few select factors. Wherever possible, landscape architecture analyses are performed prior to the preparation of spatial plans or design documentation, but can also be offered as a separate preliminary service.
