Design of building services and utility networks
We prepare concept designs, preliminary design documentation, detailed design documentation, and operational design documentation for external utility networks and utility works. Complete design of the site layout allows the client to ensure that the utility networks and utility works have been designed as affordably and expediently as possible and without conflicts. Collaboration with architects and other designers of building services systems ensures the high quality of the construction design documentation. If necessary and desired, we will obtain the necessary base materials (e.g., technical specifications from network operators). We will prepare a concept design for the utility networks and co-ordinate the route selection with the local government. We will co-ordinate the developed designs with the network operators and apply for building permits from local government.
