We have over 30 years of experience

We have extensive experience in the fields of construction project management, project co-ordination, and application for building permits. We know all the ins and outs of the complicated process of preparing detailed spatial plans. Over the years, we have prepared detailed spatial plans and design documents for street reconstruction projects, new buildings, shopping centres, public buildings, residential buildings, underground and aboveground utility networks, pumping stations, water treatment plants, filling stations, etc.

Our designs are prepared using various licensed software applications, such as AutoCAD Map3D, AutoCad Civil 3D, Novapoint, ParkCad, Autoturn, Visum, Vissim, Virtual Map, VKT-torud, etc. The licensing system for the selected software ensures that we always have the latest version of the applications we use. The management system of K-Projekt AS is certified to the quality management and environmental management system standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. K-Projekt AS is a member of the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Estonian Association of Public Utilities. K-Projekt has 55 employees, who are all skilled specialists within their field. Our employees are members of the following professional associations: Estonian Society of Water Supply and Sewerage Engineers, Estonian Association of Spatial Planners, Estonian Society of Thermal Engineers, and the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies.
